I'm pretty sure this is the best market day post mid-term election we've had in about 30 years. I'm really close to being out of the red that I suffered from the month of October. Pretty soon I'll be back to all gains. Bring on the dividends.

Are You Still Lost On What Investing Is? Don't be scared because a lot of people are in this same boat, especially the younger generation. Investing is when you utilize the stock market to financially benefit you. Investing and trading are very different if you ask me, and when most people think of investing they get the picture of Wall Street and everyone acting hectic. Gladstone Commercial Corporation (GOOD) Time for some more Dividend Digest! Today we will be looking at Gladstone Commercial Corporation. They have a 7.84% dividend yield and they make these payments monthly. I recently changed my M1 Finance allocation to include more of this stock.
